The City of Oak Hill now partners with Universal Engineering Sciences, LLC (UES) to handle building permits and inspections. This means all permit applications and inspection requests are completed online through UES’s CitizenPortal.

Residents and contractors can use the CitizenPortal to apply for permits, upload documents, check the status of applications, and schedule inspections quickly and easily. The link to access the CitizenPortal is available below.
