Dennis Fischer – Building Official
Dennis Fischer brings decades of experience in building and construction oversight to the City of Oak Hill. He began his career with the City of Edgewater in 1984 and joined Oak Hill in 1996.
Dennis works part-time for the City as an independent contractor, using his expertise to ensure that construction throughout Oak Hill is safe, compliant, and up to standard.
When Dennis is unavailable, the City partners with Universal Engineering Services, which also oversees large residential developments (RPUDs) and commercial projects in Oak Hill.
